IRD SCAMS!
We have recently been made aware of yet another scam text claiming to be from IRD. The text reads as follows:
“Hi , IRD here. The ITN return for period ending 31 March 2025 due 07 July 2025 is now available to file in myIR. Logon [NAME].”
Please know IRD do not refer to 'ITN Returns'. If you are ever in doubt, get in contact with us and we will help you out. Better safe then sorry!
A good rule of thumb is IRD will never include a link for you to click on. If there is a link - it is a scam.
