Client Administrator - Frontline

We are looking for a dynamic Administrator to work with our accountants and their clients to ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial administration and associated necessities.

Situated on reception, your role will include but is not limited to:
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Completion of payrolls and gst returns
• Investigate and solve problems, identifying areas of continuous improvement
• Ensuring in-house IT functions are robust and up to date
• Day-to-day tasks that keep the entire organisation functioning!

What You Need:
• Excellent attention to detail, great multi-tasking with a customer focussed working style
• Experience in Xero, ACE payroll, Outlook and Excel with a good ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
• The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Availability to start immediately, or with up to 3 weeks notice

This is a dynamic role which includes some reception duties, but the requirements will weigh heavily on the administration side therefore you will dabble in many differing functions while maintaining your presence and focus on our front line.
Must be legally able to work in New Zealand
